Group receives up to 10 hrs exclusive use of the beautiful mansion and grounds.  Please contact us for summer and winter rates.

We offer two packages - May-Sept

	The Mansion, Gardens, Gazebo and Deck *Choice of linen color
	Elegant First Floor, Gardens, Gazebo and Deck *White linen

Included:

	Tables, chairs, linen for 140 outside guests
	Tables for gifts, guest book and cake
	Votive candles and table mirrors
	Bridal & groom changing rooms
	Setup, breakdown and cleanup
	Rehearsal of 2 hours may be arranged
	Host present to assist on day of event
	Ample parking and restrooms
	Golf discount on day of wedding

Please Note:
Additional rental of tables and chairs, linen upgrades, outside dance floor, tents can be arranged for additional fees.

Alcoholic Beverages
International and domestic fine wines and beer are to be purchased in house and dispensed by our O.L.C.C. trained servers.  $15.00 Hourly fee per server plus 17% Gratuity do apply.

Food
Please choose from one of our preferred caterers.  No other outside food is allowed with the  exception of a wedding cake.
